PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Angermeier Black Raspberry Jel Filling is a unique and tasty black raspberry filling for multiple applications. This product can be spread or pumped and used as a filling, layer, or drizzle topping in cookies, cakes and donuts.
DIRECTIONS
For 18 lbs of finished filling To 1 LB. of Black Raspberry Cool Jel, add 1 1/2 gal. hot water, but NOT boiling water. Mix and let soak for 5 minutes. Add 17 LBS of granulated sugar & stir to dissolve thoroughly. Fill container to set. To eliminate sugar grain, replace 5 LBS sugar with 6 LBS. corn syrup.
TASTING RECIPE
To a 2 OZ. sample package of Black Raspberry Cool Jel, add 24 OZ. hot water, but NOT boiling water. Mix and let soak for 5 minutes. Add 2.125 LBS of granulated sugar & stir to dissolve thoroughly. Fill container to set.
